These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of the StampEzee platform, a stamp management solution for retailers and their customers. By accessing or using StampEzee, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.


1. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the StampEzee website, web panel, and mobile applications.
  • "Users" refer to any individuals or entities using the platform, including Retailers, Sub-admins, Customers, and Super Admins.
  • "Retailer" refers to businesses subscribing to and using StampEzee for customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • "Customer" refers to end-users collecting stamps and rewards through the StampEzee mobile app.
  • "Sub-admin" refers to individuals operating under a retailer, managing stamp verification and branch-specific activities.
  • "Super Admin" refers to StampEzee’s administrative team overseeing the platform's operation.


2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a retailer or sub-admin. Customers under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
  • By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these T&C.


3. Account Registration

  • Retailers: Must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Customers: Must register through the mobile app, providing accurate information. You agree to use the platform solely for the purpose of collecting stamps and rewards from participating retailers.


4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Retailers are required to purchase a subscription to access the platform’s features. Subscription fees are managed via Stripe and are charged on a monthly basis.
  • Billing Portal: Retailers can manage their subscriptions, upgrade or downgrade plans, and review billing history through the billing portal.
  • Coupons: Retailers may apply promotional coupons at the time of purchase. StampEzee reserves the right to manage and modify coupon offers.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the retailer. You are responsible for any renewal charges.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds for subscription services are subject to StampEzee’s discretion. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription renewal date. StampEzee reserves the right to deny refunds for services rendered.


6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use StampEzee in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Retailers: Must ensure that all promotions, offers, and rewards provided through StampEzee comply with local laws. Retailers are solely responsible for their content and offers.
  • Sub-admins: Must verify customer stamp collections using the StampEzee app and ensure accuracy in handling customer data.
  • Customers: Must use the platform to collect stamps and rewards in good faith and without attempting to manipulate the system.


7. Stamp and Reward System

  • Retailers: Are responsible for managing stamp offers, milestones, and rewards provided to customers through the platform.
  • Customers: Can collect stamps by scanning QR codes at participating retailer locations. Stamps collected must be redeemed according to the retailer’s terms. StampEzee is not responsible for the quality or availability of rewards.


8. Data Privacy

  • By using StampEzee, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • Retailers and Sub-admins: Must handle customer data responsibly and comply with all applicable data protection laws.
  • Customers: Your location data may be used to provide location-based stamp offers and notifications.


9. Notifications

  • Retailers can send notifications to customers through the platform, including location-based notifications.
  • Customers: By using the mobile app, you agree to receive notifications about new stamp offers, promotions, and rewards. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on StampEzee, including the platform design, are the exclusive property of StampEzee and its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any material without explicit permission.


11. Termination

  • Retailers: StampEzee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of payment issues, breach of T&C, or misuse of the platform.
  • Customers: StampEzee may terminate access to the app in case of fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these terms.


12. Limitation of Liability

  • StampEzee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.
  • StampEzee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • Retailers are responsible for ensuring the legality and accuracy of promotions and rewards offered through StampEzee.


13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these T&C shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].


14. Modifications to T&C

  • StampEzee reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
