Step-by-Step Guide
Join each business separately
Open or scan each participating retailer’s card and select Join. Joining one business does not automatically join another.
Use the correct card and QR flow
Your customer QR code identifies your account, while each retailer manages its own card. Confirm which card the purchase applies to when a business offers multiple cards.
Track every card independently
Review each card separately for its stamp balance, reward, conditions, and expiry. Stamps normally cannot be transferred between unrelated businesses or cards.
