Tell staff before completing the transaction
Let the retailer know that you want to use a StampEzee reward before payment or order completion, especially when the reward affects the purchase.
Open the live reward or customer QR code
Sign in and open the relevant reward, completed card, or customer QR code requested by staff. Do not use another person’s account or a saved screenshot.
Allow staff to confirm redemption
Authorized staff will verify the reward and complete the redemption. Keep the app open until you see or receive a clear confirmation.
