Use the available EzeeCodes or analytics view to check generated, active, redeemed, expired, or failed-code activity by batch, branch, card, or period where supported.
Check common failure causes
Confirm the exact code, status, expiry, usage limit, linked card, eligible branch, customer action, and internet connection. A single-use code cannot normally be used again.
Correct the source—not the customer record
When configuration is wrong, stop the affected distribution and contact the retailer administrator or support. Do not add unauthorized stamps as a workaround.
