Step-by-Step Guide
Open team management
Go to the Loyalty Executives or team-management section and select Add Loyalty Executive.
Add staff and assign access
Enter the staff member’s correct details, assign the appropriate branch and permissions, and send the invitation. Give each person only the access required for their role.
Confirm setup and train staff
Ask the staff member to activate the account and complete a test scan. Explain how to verify the customer, award stamps, redeem rewards, and report mistakes.
