Step-by-Step Guide
Ask for the live customer QR code
The customer should open the QR code inside the StampEzee app. Confirm that the code is clearly visible and not obstructed.
Position the camera
Hold the scanner steady with the full QR code inside the frame. Reduce glare, improve lighting, and adjust the distance instead of repeatedly tapping the screen.
Wait for the customer details
After a successful scan, wait for StampEzee to display the customer or eligible loyalty information. Do not proceed if the result is incomplete or unexpected.
