Limit access to code creation
Allow only authorized retailer staff to create, export, print, or distribute EzeeCodes. Use individual accounts and avoid shared credentials.
Investigate unusual patterns
Review repeated failed attempts, unexpected redemption volume, incorrect branch activity, or codes used outside the intended period or channel.
Disable or escalate when necessary
