Step-by-Step Guide
Confirm the customer is ready
Ask the customer to sign in to StampEzee and open their current customer QR code. Do not scan screenshots or codes sent by another person.
Scan through your authorized account
Sign in with your own Loyalty Executive account and open the approved scanning function. Never use another employee’s login.
Complete and confirm the action
Verify the eligible card and transaction, award the correct stamp quantity, and wait for the success confirmation before serving the next customer.
