The Challenge

Cherabinth had a strong dining experience and steady interest from both residents and visitors, but repeat visits weren’t as consistent as the team wanted. Traditional loyalty methods (paper cards, generic discounts, or manual campaigns) weren’t a great fit for a premium restaurant environment—and they created common problems: guests forgetting cards, staff skipping steps during rush hours, and limited visibility into what actually drove returns. The team also needed a way to reward takeaway and delivery behavior without breaking the loyalty experience into separate systems. The result was a clear need: a single, modern loyalty layer that works across dine-in and off-premise orders, builds real customer habits, and stays easy to operate.​

Cherabinth launched a clean, on-brand digital stamp card designed to feel like an extension of the restaurant—simple, premium, and easy to understand in seconds. Guests could join instantly and track progress directly in the app, removing the “forgot my card” problem completely.
